VERY rich chocolate flavor muffin with a soft chocolate inside... Very quickly prepared. The site has recipes for chocolate muffins, BUT quite different.

Cooking
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, powdered sugar and vanilla.
On a coarse grater to grate 125g of milk chocolate.
To flour mixture add eggs, sour cream and chocolates. Pour in the melted butter.
Quickly knead the dough, if mixture is loose and lumpy. If you long to interfere with, the dough will become tough, and this will prevent the muffins are airy and delicate.
Grease with vegetable oil molds for muffins (only the bottom). Spread half of the mixture for the forms, put in the center of each of the molds 1 square of dark chocolate, put the remaining mixture. On top of the muffins to put on the piece of chocolate.
Cook in a preheated 180C oven for 15 minutes or until the muffins will not rise and browned.
