Cooking
The necessary ingredients. The onion to cut, carrots to RUB on a large grater (I have a young so I got more) and fry in sunflower oil. Grate cheese on a grater.
Mackerel cut, gut it, get the bone. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Overcooked carrots and onions to put on the fish.
Sprinkle cheese, sprinkle with gelatin (about a tablespoon) all over the fish.
Gently roll and put them in the bag, can be wrapped in plastic wrap, tied with thread. Throw in boiling water, cook for 15 minutes.
