Roll of mackerel
For several years I do mackerel for the holidays, it turns out very tender and tasty.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Gelatin

  • Spices

  • Sunflower oil

The necessary ingredients. The onion to cut, carrots to RUB on a large grater (I have a young so I got more) and fry in sunflower oil. Grate cheese on a grater.
