We love meat, but in the spring I want light, non-greasy and juicy bite. This can be achieved nashpigovat piece of meat with vegetables. The meat looks very beautiful and unusual, so it is possible to prepare for the reception. Spehovanie carrots and garlic allows to obtain very interesting and original ensemble of tastes and properties, which can be eaten either hot or cold. Thanks to spehovanie meat practically melts in your mouth, become juicy, flavorful and lower in calories.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    600 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Carrots cut into long wedges.

Meat (I lean pork) cut in length while the knife is not coming out the other side.

Prepare the marinade for the meat. Squeeze the lemon juice.
