Sausage in Korean
It is unfortunate that in those early 90s was not such a luxury sauce "Kikkoman" (or maybe we didn't know about it), which from the simplest dish makes awesome!!! And just the usual sausages are in a different light, the color and taste!

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Sausage

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Ketchup

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

The products that we need.

First, thoroughly mix the soy sauce (highly recommend to take high-quality soy sauce, Kikkoman), ketchup and sugar.

Peppers and onions cut into strips.

In the original sausages are taken malaucene. I took the usual, cut them and greater beauty has made them the cuts arbitrarily. Then fry them in vegetable oil, the fire little more than the average to a nice brown colour, 3-5 minutes.

Add the onions, fry for 3-4 minutes.

Then add the bell pepper and also fry for 3-4 minutes.

All mix well about 2 minutes and remove from heat. Sausage in Korean ready.

    В ингридиентах написано 1 перец, а вы используете 2, но на вкус сосиски получились очень вкусными)
