Cooking
Put the milk on the fire. Bring to the boil and allow to cool to room temperature. Separate the yolks from the whites. To the yolks add the sugar (you can use fructose!!!!!! But it needs less because it is sweeter) and vanilla, now whisk until a homogeneous dense mass.
Continue to whisk and gradually add the cooled milk.
The resulting mixture is put on low heat and stir to avoid the appearance of lumps. Keep on the heat until it begins to thicken. Remove from heat and put in bowl of cold water or ice. While the ware is not cooled, stir, because still have the risk of lumps.
Whisk in the cream. Mix with chilled cream. Fill in the form and put in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
Before serving, move the form from the freezer into the refrigerator. Coarsely chop the fruit and with ice cream, put into chilled dishes. I wish You the tropical pleasure!
