Cooking
Boil potatoes in their jackets: to put it in cold water, after boiling the water add salt and cook for 20-25 min and Rinse with cold water.
Peel the potatoes and mash it with a fork. Parsley wash, dry paper towel. Leaves finely chop. Add to the potatoes, season with salt and pepper.
In the frying pan (24 cm) 2 tbsp olive oil and fry the garlic until Golden, thus aromatizing the oil. Rosy garlic is removed from the oil.
Spread on the pan the potato mixture and flatten, pressing with a fork to make a mini-pie.
Fry for 5-10 minutes (focus on your oven), until it will turn brown. Flip through the plates.
Pour the remaining olive oil and cook the pie on the other hand (the pie will easily slide off the plate into the pan).
Serve hot, cut into portions.
