Fish envelopes
Amazingly tender and delicious envelopes of white fish.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    2 piece

  • Cabbage

    1 plug

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Pepper lemon

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Bread crumbs

    100 g

That's such a beautiful fish under the exotic name of "Pampanito" my husband and I bought at the fish market.

The fish is cleaned, cut off head, tail and fins. With a sharp knife cut into the fish along the spine with two sides and separate the fillets. Each fillet cut into 3 parts. Portions salt and season with spices.
