Cupcake coffee
Simple, fragrant and delicious cake with walnut filling. Why "coffee"? Love the combination of baking cinnamon to coffee "partners." Of course he would come to tea, and milk. The aroma of cinnamon, nuts, vanilla hovers already during baking and I'm sure family members will come to smell like Roquefort cheese :)

  • Peanuts

Prepare the stuffing. For this mix in a bowl the flour, cinnamon, chopped nuts, softened butter and sugar (regular and brown). If not brown, then you can only use regular sugar, but brown adds extra flavor.

Proceed to test. Prepare the necessary products and start.

I did everything with a mixer this time - tested gift :) But you can use a whisk. Beat the eggs with sour cream.

Add the softened butter. Beat.

Still whisking, add the sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar and salt.

Add the sifted flour and mix thoroughly.

The dough is obtained as thick cream.

Take a cake pan, grease it with oil. Pour 1/3 of our test. Even it with a spatula.

Over the dough spread half of nut filling. Level.

Then again 1/3 of the total number of the test.

Over the remaining half of the filling.

And pour the remaining batter. Level.

Bake 45-50 mins in a preheated 180 degree oven. Cool slightly in shape, then flip and allow to cool completely.
