Cooking
Make the dough: Mix 2.5 tsp yeast, 2 tbsp sugar and 1 Cup of flour, then add 1 Cup of warm milk and leave to ferment this mixture (approximately 30 minutes).
To the yeast mixture add 1 egg white, 80 g of melted butter and 1.5 tsp salt
Then slowly introduce 2-2.5 cups flour (it is different for everyone). Landmark - the dough does not stick to hands, but not hard... Our bowl and grease the dough 1 tbsp sunflower oil, cover and leave it for a time for 2-2,5 hours in a warm place (but I was in a hurry and for me, the process took only 1 hour)
Here's how it looked after an hour... lush and loose...
After that, divide the dough into 8 equal portions (I got 6 because I had 3 pieces BOOOOLY bread, then I will show you why ;) ) and begin each part to collapse into the balls of your fingers turning the dough into the bottom. So come with all 8 pieces, spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper and lightly replusive fingers on our balls and lightly! sprinkle with flour, cover with a package and again leave it at the delay from 30 minutes to 1 hour.
I proceed as follows: turn on the oven to 200 (we need it to be warmed up) and put on the stove to come bun... so it turns out that in 30 minutes they are exemplary)))
Next step: mix the egg yolk with 1 tbsp milk or water or butter... anything goes... VERY much! gently lubricates our buns with this mixture and sprinkle sesame seeds, put into the oven preheated to 200C for 20-25 minutes or to brown (who better can oven for 15-17 minutes be baked)
But in the context of close... as you can see they are porous and the fragrance... mmmm... it beckons!!!
Here is 8 pieces from the same amount of dough
And here is a welcome surprise))) Of those 3 pieces BOOOOLY rolls I made edible ramekins under Julien... Julien, by the way, not the usual... But it it next time ;-*
