Dried cherries
Prepare the cherries in their own juice and freezing it, how much got into the freezer:), decided to prepare dried cherries. First, because in our city it can not be bought, and secondly, just wondering what happens. The cherry season is not over yet, maybe someone come in handy.

I had about 400 grams of fresh cherries. Not too big, is quite acidic, so there just wasn't very tasty:). This is just a convenient portion – grams 400-500, so as not to clutter the kitchen with trays of drying cherries.

That's all. Leave the cherries for a week or two alone. The drying time depends on temperature and humidity. If you have the opportunity to submit it to the sun, the process will go faster.
