This pepper can be used for various salads and marinades, add to the first and second courses, and who likes spicy food, then eat with your favorite side dishes, but if you have a good harvest, it can be next year's hot pepper not to plant (as I do) and next fall as well to cook with this pepper adzhika, snacks and salads in the winter; store jar great.
Pepper wash, remove the stalk and lightly make an incision with a blunt side. Put in jars, alternating red and green peppers. Pour the boiling water. Let stand for 10 minutes. Then drain the water, add salt and sugar to boil. Add vinegar to the brine and pour into banks.
Roll and flip. I got 6 bottles of 0.5 L.
