This is not an ordinary Apple pie... an Unusually delicate Apple filling, and Fudge go perfectly with any pastry... This cake I was making for a contest on another site, but nevertheless, I dedicate it to all my friends at Pillsbury. You are the best friends! Thank you I have!

Cooking
If you have a drink, then you can skip this step. Apples I washed, cut out the core, cut into slices and cooked for a couple until soft. It took me 20 minutes. Then shredded in a blender and rubbed through a sieve. For the pie just need 1 ( 200 ml) Cup applesauce.
Now prepare the base. You can take any of your favourite shortcrust pastry. I like this dough. Mix dry ingredients: 3 tbsp semolina+ 3 tablespoons sugar+ salt+ soda+ cinnamon+ rye flour+ wheat flour. Pour in vegetable oil.
With your fingers mash into crumbs. Flour is all different, so the amount of oil can be both less and more. The main thing to make oil crumb.
Stir the egg and gradually stir in the crumbs.
Then add the milk. Wrap the dough in a package and rest for 20 minutes.
2 tablespoons semolina and fry on a dry pan
Back to the basis. Remove from the package test. If it is wet, then add another 2-3 tablespoons of flour. Form to lay a parchment or if you have silicone, then grease. Shape diameter 20 cm put the Dough in shape, smooth along the bottom and make a small bumpers. Prick with a fork.
Bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Prepare the filling. Apple sauce put into a saucepan, add 100 g sugar ( can be less or no added), bring to a boil. As the puree begins to puff, and one to enter 2 eggs. Quickly stirring, boil the eggs.
Quickly stream to enter the roasted semolina and cook until thick.
Thickened Apple mass put on a sand base and levelling.
Bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
Do sweet. In a saucepan, pour the cream 300 g sugar ( can be less, but then the fondant hardens worse). Bring to a boil. Want to add honey ( I calmly refer to the heating of the honey, so I'm adding) and cook until caramelized about 25-30 minutes on low heat. The willingness of sweets to determine easily if the spoon it hardens, so ready.
Cover the top of pie with hot Fudge. Allow to cool completely until fully cured.
On top I decorated with melted chocolate. I made a cone out of parchment paper, melted it chocolate in the microwave on defrost.
