Chicken Umbrian
Like to treat my husband to something tasty, so I decided to cook this dish. The husband said he never ate such a delicious and unusual dishes. Recipe found in the magazine "Gastronom", slightly altered it for yourself (write here in the original, and what I was doing wrong, I'll write in the course).

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    16 piece

  • Beans

    400 g

  • Bacon

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Tomato

    400 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Rosemary

    1 piece

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

1. Onions and garlic peel, chop. Celery wash, chop finely (I used celery is not added). Reheat in a deep frying pan half vegetable oil and sauté the vegetables on medium heat 8 min.

Bacon cut into small pieces, add to pan and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. with a slotted Spoon to put the vegetables and bacon in a bowl, set aside.

3. Chicken legs and wings to Wash (I used chicken thighs), carefully dry. Pour into the pan the remaining oil, fry the chicken pieces, in 4 min (I for 10min) on each side. Season with salt. 4. Pour in the wine. Cook over high heat, stirring occasionally until all the liquid is evaporated.

5. Add tomatoes (I used 4 fresh tomatoes, removed the skin and cut in cubes), sugar, rosemary needles ( take dry) and Bay leaf. Pour 100 ml of cold water, stir and bring to a boil.

6. Return to the pan of vegetables and bacon. Add the canned beans in tomato sauce, mix well. Cook under a lid for 10 min.
