Description
The idea of this dish at the time, took in the journal "Deli", but do it on your own. This wreath has become a tradition on our Easter table. Very tasty!

Cooking
Cook ground beef (or take store-bought) salt it, add the black pepper, your favorite spices and knead thoroughly.
2 tbsp. vegetable oil saute onion and grated carrot. Cooled slightly and added to the stuffing, there also add semolina and eggs. All thoroughly kneaded.
On a baking tray put a sheet of parchment paper and lightly grease it with vegetable oil. Upload the minced meat in the form of a ring.
Evenly spread on the ring boiled and peeled quail eggs. Pushed them inside.
And level over them the minced meat, the eggs were completely closed.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface. And cut out the strips and leaves. We decorate our wreath. (I'm from the remnants of the dough balls rolled up and attached them to strips of the test, but in the baking process they rebounded in some places. Little anointed yolk batter this time). Lubricated our wreath with egg white.
Put in a preheated 200*C oven for 30-40 minutes. It turns out this is such a beautiful dish! TIP: for a dish to pass when a little cool.
