Meatballs mushroom
Delicious, tender and juicy buckwheat-mushroom meatballs! Prepared without eggs!

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Mushrooms

    350 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

Cook buckwheat and cool.

I have dried mushrooms and fresh, boiled dried and finely chop. Grind one onion. Fresh mushrooms clean, slice and fry with onions for 5 minutes, seasoning to taste. Add remaining and cook for another 15 minutes.

Mushroom mix to cool and grind or grinder, or in a food processor - does not matter. Mix with the buckwheat. Here add the starch diluted in a little water (or 1 egg). Mix well. If the mass is too dry, add more water.

Now take a plank and a little wetted it with water and down let's spread the meatballs. Next put a plate with water and, wetting hands, begin to mold the meatballs :) , much like snowballs.

Now all this should be breaded. I took the crackers, but flour. And put into the bowl in which we put out.

Cut the remaining onion, three carrots and fry. Add tomato paste, spices and cook the sauce. Now pour this sauce meatballs.

Simmer 10-15 minutes on low heat. Ready-made meatballs, while hot, is very fragile. They should cool down a bit and then eat! BON APPETIT!
