I want to share this wonderful recipe preservation. In that year I have some extra pounds of pepper, rotunda. Didn't know where to apply it, and my sister told me about this method of canning. Did a little bit, although peppers do not. Winter came, opened the jar and gave girlfriend, watched her appetizing eating it one by one and I decided to try. I was just in awe. Pepper quickly ended. This year, of course, my plans were in the first place this recipe, but I have not been able to find rutundu on sale. And then it happened!!! Can long to talk about it, in General, try and I guarantee you will not regret it!!!

Ingredients

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Vinegar

    50 ml

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    200 ml
