Layered salad with croutons
Don't know about you, but I with the onset of summer lean on fresh vegetables. First, it is very useful. Secondly, if you have your garden, this is a budget. Thirdly, and most importantly, it's delicious! Most vegetables do not require heat treatment, which significantly reduces the time of cooking.   • Olive oil

Cooking

Prepare the necessary ingredients. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.

Cook hard-boiled eggs (8 minutes), peel and cut into thin slices.
