Eateries puffs Holiday
A hearty and delicious cold appetizer that is necessary for the festive table! Everything else, the food is prepared quickly and of low products.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    125 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Minced meat

    100 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

Puff pastry cut out the rectangles. Make cuts in the middle of the rectangle, retreating from the edge. This is necessary in order to then cut out the middle and fill it with stuffing.

Rectangles lubricated yolk and put in oven bake at 180 degrees until cooked and browned color. Ready puffs allow to cool.

Cut the middle from puffs.

Prepare the meat filling. Pour water into the pan, spread the meat. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Then add the grated carrots. Stir. Simmer under a lid until tender, about 30 minutes. Then add sour cream, simmer about 5 minutes.

Allow to cool meat filling. Add the soy sauce. Stir.

Fill puffs with meat filling.

Boiled egg peel. Cut into semi circles. Spread meat stuffing egg. Sprinkle with green onions. The food is ready and you can serve it to the table.
