Cucumbers
The time has come cucumbers. In our family, both adults and children in the winter I prefer only these pickles. The name corresponds to the content. Cucumbers work as draught, crispy and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Dill

  • Horseradish

  • Sheet cherry

  • Leaf currant

  • Salt

  • Powder mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

To the banks to lay down the cucumbers and spices. I usually put dill, root and leaf of radish, leaves of currant and cherry. Pour boiling brine: 1 litre water - 2. L. with the top of salt and keep in the room for two days.

Then, in each 3-liter jar pour 2 tbsp dry mustard. Cucumbers to leave for another 5-6 hours.

Then drain the brine and boil for 7 minutes.

Pour brine in jars and roll up.
