Buffet potatoes
Recipe from the category of "guests on the threshold". From such a seemingly boring potatoes, we will make a very fine snack. Gentle creamy taste of sour cream is very harmoniously combined with blue cheese and gives a special charm hot potato. No one can remain indifferent.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Blue cheese

    1 tsp

  • Salt

Cooking

The potatoes are cleaned, well washed and put to boil on the stove.

Blue cheese crumble, add sour cream and salt to taste, stir.

The hot potatoes gently knock on the Board that would make it more stable, and open. To make a small incision with a cross on top of the potatoes, pressing down slightly with your fingers to "open" it. Something like opening a bag of chips.

With a spoon put the filling on the "open" potatoes and decorate to your taste (I have a soy glaze). Serve hot. Bon appetit.
