All lovers of cheese, this dish definitely have to taste. The combination of cranberries and several types of cheese surprised me with its harmonious taste. Perfect for a glass of wine.

Cooking
Cranberries wash, dry. To 150 g of berries add 2 tbsp of sugar, crushed with a blender, bring to boil, boil for 3 minutes. Then let it cool down. We did something like lingonberry jam.
