Appetizer
At the weekend went to the cottage. Gathered the last grapes, eggplant, pepper and cucumbers. I always thought that is common in eggplant and black grapes only the color. And then thanks to the contest I decided to check, and whether there is still something common between them. And was very surprised and pleased when it turned out that they complement each other.

Eggplant wash, peel and cut into wedges. Pour salt water and leave for 15 min. I have to Say there is a sad experience about the bitterness, when I had to throw the whole basin of the workpieces. So it is always soaked. Then rinse and dry.

Grapes to wash. To separate the berries from the brush, put in a blender and punch to a puree. Onions cut into. The pan pour 1 tbsp oil and fry onions until tender. Through a sieve to strain the grape juice and add to the onions. Salt and sweeten to taste. Bring to the boil and add the eggplant.

Fry on medium heat until almost complete evaporation of the liquid and pour remaining oil. Fry for 5 min. Remove from heat and add finely sliced garlic (not grated), mix well. Allow to cool.
