This julianic delicious and preparing it is easy. Besides, ramekins do not need!!! I apologize in advance that not all Christmas dishes are photographed in the final version, that is already decorated. The fact that in the last day it was decided to celebrate the New year at home, and therefore, the time for preparation was running out. So, already decorated before serving on the table (and it was at 23. 45!).

Cooking
Mushroom caps clean away the top skin. Cut legs and slightly deepen of the cap from the inside, removing the membrane. Hats temporarily leave alone, but the stem of mushrooms shred. Also finely chop and onion.
On a well-heated pan put onion and sliced mushrooms (in the original recipe was suggested to fry separately, only I in any sense have not seen...), fry until Golden brown, salt and pepper. Now add flour and saute together with a little flour. It was the turn of the sour cream. In the end, we got so much for "Casa-kneading":
Fill mushroom caps with the resulting mixture, generously sprinkle with grated cheese and send Juliani in the oven for 15 minutes. Or mikrovolnovogo... Turns out very tasty and fragrant dish! We like that a lot!!!
