Cooking
Sift flour, combine it with the yeast (stir), dissolve salt in water and knead the dough.
Knead the dough for about 5 minutes (until smooth), long knead not necessary, and then get a stiff dough and hard pellet.
Cover the bowl of dough with foil, on top of the film with a towel and set in a warm place for 60 to 70 minutes to stand up. The dough will increase in volume almost two times.

Because each piece is rolled or formed a pellet in diameter about 15-20 cm, with a thickness of 1-2 cm and cover with film. The working surface is pre-need pagpalit flour.
