Apricot pie dough
A lot of pies with apricots, but this is what I found. I love cakes with sour cream filling, I think you will like. For the recipe thanks to Nina Ford.

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    9 Tbsp

  • Milk

  • Lemon

  • Sour cream

    250 ml

  • Starch

  • Vanilla sugar

So, make the batter. To do this, take liquid cheese. This means that if you use it constantly, then loop it on the grinder 2 times. He was pasty. Add to it the milk, vegetable oil, lemon zest, sugar and baking powder. All mix up well and add flour, make dough.

For filling, mix 250 grams of sour cream, vanilla sugar, 50 g sugar, 2 eggs and 1 egg white and a spoonful of starch. Leave the yolk for coating the pie.

Take a deep form. I 30х38 cm, cover it with paper. Roll out 2/3 of dough and spread it into the form. You can roll out the dough directly on the paper and move it together with the paper sheet. Boca wrap.

Pour directly on the dough our filling. Spread the apricots. I took 1.5 cans.

The rest of the dough roll out and cut into strips.

Lay out the strips. Grease and yolk.

Put in a preheated 175*C oven for 30 minutes. I stood 40 minutes. Here such it turned out. Let it sit, then slice and enjoy!
