Buckwheat pancakes with smoked salmon
Good day to all! I invite you to eat delicious and healthy pancakes. "An elegant and refined Breakfast" - that characterizes this recipe Ramsay, and I love these pancakes at any time of the day ;)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    85 g

  • Buckwheat flour

    85 g

  • Baking powder

    1.5 tsp

  • Egg white

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    0.333 tsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Salmon

    12 slice

  • Sour cream

    6 Tbsp

  • Capers

    3 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

  • Olive oil

  • Black pepper

To start, measure out the dry ingredients. If You intend to cook pancakes for Breakfast, I suggest making it the night before, so You can save your time ))

Mix two kinds of flour, salt, sugar and baking powder, add the room temperature milk and melted butter.

...CAREFULLY add the whites into the batter and mix gently and not for long!! Then we begin to fry the pancakes. Heat the pan, or two, melt it/them a little butter, pour in a ladle of dough and fry the pancakes until the underside is lightly browned, then turn over and fry for another 1 minute. The dough is not very liquid, it turns out a cross between our pancakes and fritters. Ready pancakes put on a warm plate and keep in warm place or cover with foil to cool before serving. Out of this number of test get 10 — 12 pancakes. Follow the frying pan and the result may need more butter for frying.

To supply, lay the pancakes on warmed plates, top carefully lay the smoked salmon slices, add sour cream, a bit of capers and lettuce leaves, pour a little olive oil and optional pinch of ground pepper.
