I represent to your attention a meat pie with filling. My recipe, from A to Z. Born in my head as soon as I read about the contest "Secrets of the wild rice." Our main ingredient.
Boil wild rice (the rice is cooked depending on the way 30-50 minutes). Cut eggplant and carrots, sent in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes.
At this time, manually knead the dough: flour+water+olive oil. Then connect two of minced meat, mix with seasonings and salt.
Pork fillet cut into 4 pieces.
Divide into pieces of dough and roll out thinly. Don't be afraid, it is stretches and does not tear. Cut into strips.

The mushrooms took frozen, 10 minutes and extinguished in a pan without fat until the water has evaporated.
Combine cooked wild rice, eggplant, carrot cubes, fried onions, braised mushrooms, add the spices and salt.
Fill the resulting pie filling.

Roll out 4 pieces of dough and wrap 4 strips of pork fillet.
