Very delicious biscuits with flavor of baked milk. They can be cooked from wheat flour or two types of flour: wheat flour and wheat whole wheat flour (this option I offer you today).

For the dough you will need: wheat flour 250 g warm water 150 ml, dry yeast 0.5 tsp. and 1 tsp. of honey. The dough: in a bowl sift the flour, add the yeast - stir well and pour warm water with honey. Knead the dough, cover with cling film (top cover with a towel) and leave to rise in a warm place to increase in 2 times (about 1 - 1.5 hours).
