Dear Cooks, I want to offer a very simple recipe of crackers with poppy seeds and thyme. These crackers are well served cheese sauce, mustard or barbecue sauce. And also can be used as the basis for a variety of appetizers for the cocktail reception and festive table.

Cooking
In a bowl sift the flour. Add salt, thyme leaves and poppy seeds. Stir with a whisk.
Yeast (I used yeast Dr. Oetker) mixed with warm water and add to dry ingredients, pour in the oil, knead the dough. Cover the bowl with cling film and put in a warm place to rise for about 2-2. 5 hours. The dough should increase 2 times.
Ready to press down dough and place on floured surface. Roll out into a thin layer with a thickness of 2-3 mm.
Cut out circles, and even easier and faster to cut into squares. To pass on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 200-220 degree oven for 7-8 minutes. The crackers should be plump and crisp. Do not overdo, not to get the crackers!
The finished crackers to cool and serve. Perfect for beer or white dry wine. Bon appetit!
