Pudding
I have long wanted to prepare this French dessert (creme caramel) Yes, as I was afraid of. Is nothing complicated. Ingredients low and the result is mouth-watering pudding that melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

    0.5 tsp

Prepare the caramel. In a saucepan with a thick bottom pour the sugar and add lemon juice. At the beginning of a little stir with the spatula until the sugar is dissolved and then the caramel does not need to touch otherwise it acristalada. Finally got this caramel.

Into the prepared molds, pour the caramel.

The milk is heated but do not boil, whisk the eggs slightly with the sugar in the egg mixture while stirring continuously pour a thin stream of milk, add the vanilla (I added cinnamon, not much, but it's not for everybody) and things whisk.

Pour the custard into the ramekins on top of caramel. Put molds in a container of greater diameter and pour into it cold water. Preparing the pudding in a water bath in the oven at 175 degrees for 40 minutes.

Here is the pudding after we removed it from the oven. Cool it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

When the pudding is completely cool invert it on a plate and you can enjoy this mouth-watering dessert. Bon appetit!
