Description

Dessert
On the eve of the 8th of March, I dedicate this recipe beloved mom. The color of the dessert is as gentle as a mother's loving hands. I hope she will love the easy layered dessert, decorated with a lovely Apple roses, just like in her garden. Dessert low-fat, like those who follow the figure. For kids also will be very tasty, but the layer of wine you want to exclude.

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Gelatin

    30 g

Cooking

step-0
Of the Apple, remove the core and cut it into thin slices.
step-1
In a saucepan pour water and add sugar, heat, stirring, until the sugar is dissolved.
step-2
Slices of apples dipped in syrup and cook for about 2-3 minutes, until light transparency. Put in a colander to drain excess syrup.
step-3
We will have four different layers of jelly: milk, milk-based drinks (coffee), milk-cheese (pink) and wine. Gelatin pour 100 ml of water and leave to swell. Slice beets RUB on a grater to obtain the juice, strained the resulting mass before making the jelly.
step-4
1/4 part Apple cider syrup and 1/4 of the swollen gelatin will add to each jelly-like mass. The curd is triturated in a blender with milk (200 ml) until a homogeneous mass, divide it in half. One of the added beet juice, in another instant coffee. Vanilla sugar added to both parts. For each layer a lot, as the heated gelatin in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir. Wine is also added syrup and gelatin. For the milk layer, syrup, vanilla and gelatin.
step-5
In a bowl pour a layer of the gelatinous mass of the same color and place in the refrigerator until fully cured. Then the next layer etc. Photographed just "child variant", without the alcohol layer did not have time for a sweet tooth like adults :)).
step-6
From Apple slices to curl the roses and put them in a fully frozen dessert.
