This recipe consists of 2 parts: first I show the options of colouring eggs for Easter, and the second part is the sandwiches which You can prepare after Easter, when there are boiled eggs.

Part one: before Easter I wanted to try some new ways of decorating Easter eggs. I want to share with you.
Option 1: the decoration of the egg shell. In the egg to make a hole and drain the contents.
Empty the egg, rinse, dry and choose pearlescent paint for use on the egg.
Paint the egg and break it into small pieces.
To prepare a natural glue: mix 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tbsp water.
Boiled egg to cover the other pearl paint.
And then begins the slow and painstaking work. You cover the egg with glue and carefully apply the "pieces" eggs.
The output is voluminous egg, unusual but very laborious. The time to produce one egg in 45 minutes.
Option 2: simple and easy! To prepare the dye: 1 tsp vinegar and 1 tbsp water. Add to this mix a tablet of dye.
For decoration I chose the arugula leaves which are stuck on a boiled egg.

Dipped in dye for 5 minutes.
Ready egg turned out bright and unusual. You can remove the green leaves and in their place will be white sketches, but I liked the option with green leaves.
3rd option: decoupage technique. I didn't really like, but maybe someone will seem interesting. A boiled egg we apply the glue.
Gently round the egg with a napkin for decoupage, adding glue as necessary.
Ready the egg I got is not quite accurate, so this way I did not like.
And now about the sandwich!))) Boiled eggs finely chop.
All finely chop and add grainy mustard.
Baguette cut into several parts.
On a baguette, pour some olive oil and add chopped garlic.
Salted salmon cut into slices.
Baguette bake in the oven at 200 degrees until the garlic is Golden brown.
For a baguette to spread the dressing of eggs.
Add on top of iceberg lettuce.
And a few slices of salmon.
Cover with 2nd part of baguette.
This dish is good to serve as Breakfast and snack.
