Long been happy to use recipes website. Finally I decided to participate. I love Lithuanian cuisine. This recipe is one of the varieties of cooking herring and replaces on the festive table the Russian herring under "fur coat". I am not strong in the decoration of dishes, but excellent taste is guaranteed!

Cooking
Herring clean. Take only the fillet.
Mode into serving pieces and put in celedonio.
Onions fry in oil until Golden brown.
Spread on herring.
Fry the carrots.
Spread on the onion. All! You can eat immediately, but tastes better if the dish to cool, and soaked herring. Bon appetit.
