Was going to make chicken souffle, but then remembered that in my fridge there is still an impressive piece of pumpkin. And tried to do the chicken souffle and the pumpkin chicken. It turned out sooooo tasty and tender. Suitable even for small children (my baby is appreciated!). But what happens when all the food? Well, of course, "Bright mood"!

Cooking
To prepare the products.
With the pumpkin peel, cut into arbitrarily and cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. To kill blender thick puree (adding on to the pumpkin a few leaves of rosemary).
Mix minced chicken with pumpkin puree, add egg, soaked in milk loaf, finely chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste.
Form of grease with butter. Put the prepared mass and put in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Delicious, juicy, tender pumpkin chicken souffles are ready!
