We need to... go on a quiet hunt in the woods for mushrooms and to show the culinary imagination!!!

Mushrooms be tested for safety, thoroughly washed, cleaned, cut into small pieces

Zucchini cleaned, cut into rings 2-3 cm thick, remove the core.

Three mushrooms boil, drain the water and polaskia. Fry in vegetable oil, add the finely chopped onions. Mix with three raw eggs, adding a little finely chopped onion, salt to taste. Tomatoes cut into rings with a thickness of 2-3 cm.

Ring of zucchini cored and stacked on the cooking foil greased with butter or margarine. Filling the void of mushroom ground, on top of the bed, slice the tomatoes, crimping the foil around the edges, cover with a plate of sausage cheese or liberally sprinkle cheese crumbs

Put stuffed zucchini in the pan so that the foil tightly against the courgettes and put in the oven with a temperature of 200-250 degrees for 30 -40 minutes

Ready stuffed zucchini carefully exempted from the foil, it is possible to flavor the sour cream. Serve chilled, as a side dish best suited boiled potatoes
