Cooking
Dough: mix Egg with sugar and grind in a glass and add cold water until full. To add salt on the tip of a knife.
To the flour add yeast, mix well. Add the softened margarine and RUB hands crumbs.
Gradually work in the flour with margarine pour the liquid from the Cup. (no pictures because my hands were in the dough) Knead a soft elastic dough. Wrap in a plastic bag or towel and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Stuffing: shred Cabbage and salt. Folded into a saucepan, pour milk, cover and leave to stew.
When the cabbage is almost ready, add the butter, stir and simmer for another 5-10 minutes.
The cabbage cool slightly and combine with the chopped eggs. The stuffing is ready! The cabbage turns out so tender, juicy and delicious that I often prepare it as a separate self-contained dish.
And further all as usual: Take the dough, take the stuffing and shape the cakes.
Put them on protiven lubricated whipped with milk egg.
Bake in preheated oven 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Ready-made cakes grease with butter. And treat! ;-)
