Unbelievable but true - despite the fact that the filling of this cake is more than half consists of Adygei cheese and contains a very small amount of sugar, the saltiness in the taste does not feel, only of course if you use high quality cheese. Cooking

The cake can be eaten immediately but it tastes even better if you remove it for a few hours in the fridge. Before serving, decorate as desired with whipped cream, slices of figs and orange, almond and orange zest.
