Haddock on an onion substrate
Not everyone likes the specific taste and smell of cod, haddock or cod. And onion in this recipe acts as a catalyst that smell.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 piece

  • Onion

    5 piece

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Water

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

Cut into serving pieces fish breaded in flour and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown on both sides. I usually salt the pan when you pour in her vegetable oil.

On the same pan (do not wash!!) put roughly chopped onions (there is never too much onions) and lightly fry. Add spices You like (I added a mixture of peppers, Bay leaf, oregano and Basil)
