Homemade pasties
One of the favorite dishes in our family - pasties with meat. So I have tried many recipes and found your "ideal". Crispy batter with bubbles and juicy filling. The dough without vodka - very tasty and obedient. Easily rolled and not torn! I always leave a piece of dough for dessert. The most delicious pasties we usually drink tea with crispy chips. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Flour

    1 kg

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    200 g

  • Salt

Cooking

Mix in a bowl all ingredients and knead a soft dough. Leave on the table for 30 minutes.

Filling. Meat and onions skip through Mincer, add salt, mix well. Add water to the filling was juicy and delicious. Mix everything again.

Divide the dough into 25 pieces. Roll out and form the pasties. Pasties fry in a large amount of vegetable oil.

Ready! Call everyone to the table! Serve the pasties with sour cream or tomato sauce. Even the next day pasties remain soft and juicy!
