Salad mixes of cereals in the Italian style
Very hearty, zesty salad. Delicious and healthy at the same time. The recipe for those watching their figure and lead a healthy lifestyle.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mozzarella

    100 g

  • Lettuce

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

Take cereal mixture "Basmati-Quinoa" from "Mistral"

Fill with water in the ratio 1: 2. Bring to a boil, diminish the fire and cook with the lid closed, until tender, 20 minutes.

Take the vegetables. Bell pepper cut into strips, zucchini half-rings. Sprinkle vegetables with salt, herbs de Provence, sprinkle with olive oil (1 tbsp).

Put the vegetables on a grill pan and fry on both sides for 1 minute.

Ready rump give to cool slightly. I love these salads warm.

Mix cooked grits and grilled vegetables.

Make a dressing of balsamic vinegar, salt, mustard with beans, mixed peppers, olive oil and pressed garlic.

Lettuce wash, dry slightly, cut (tear) put in a serving dish.

On lettuce put the grilled vegetables with the cooked cereals.

Crumble mozzarella on top and pour dressing. Serve salad warm or chilled. Bon appetit!
