Very easy to prepare, but is quite exquisite salad. Products that it includes perfectly with a spicy sauce based on mayonnaise.

Cooking
Put on to cook quail eggs. In the meantime, for the sauce, combine the mayonnaise from Mahe, chili sauce, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and grain mustard.
Cut the lettuce and Chinese cabbage. I chose these types of greens because the dressing is spicy, and these salads have a fairly neutral taste. Cherry tomatoes cut in half.
Boiled hard-boiled quail eggs, cut into halves. Walnuts coarsely chop.
Avocado cut into two pieces, remove the bone. Sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice, so the flesh was darkening. Put in the avocado halves nuts, crayfish tails, cherry tomatoes and quail eggs.
Spread on lettuce leaves. Served with dressing.
