Cooking
Fish cut into slices, stew (boil for 5-10 minutes) in salted water.
Vinegar, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, Bay leaf, tomato sauce, sugar to combine, boil and cool. In the cooked marinade to put fish slices and sprinkle with sliced onions.
After 8-10 hours the fish is ready to eat. You can decorate fried in butter and almonds.
