Very tasty, and most importantly - quickly and easily. On our holiday table fish went with a Bang! Sorry for the photo quality (was in a hurry:))

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    500 g

  • Vinegar

    120 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Tomato paste

    15 g

  • Sugar

    25 g

  • Spices

  • Onion

    150 g

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Almonds

Fish cut into slices, stew (boil for 5-10 minutes) in salted water.

Vinegar, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, Bay leaf, tomato sauce, sugar to combine, boil and cool. In the cooked marinade to put fish slices and sprinkle with sliced onions.
