Cooking

step-0
Knead normal dough yeast dough. A package of dry yeast pour a little warm milk, add half a teaspoon of sugar. Let stand 7 minutes. Meanwhile, in a bowl sift flour, add salt, pour the diluted yeast and the remaining milk or water. Knead the dough. In the kneading process to add to the elasticity a little vegetable oil. Vymushiv a good dough, cover it and put in a warm place to rise.
step-1
While the dough rises, make filling. Let's start with mushrooms. Cut the mushrooms and onions. Fry them until to evaporate the water (I fried without oil), at the end of cooking add salt and add sour cream and dill.
step-2
The liver cut into slices, carrots three on a grater. Fry them together. I fry several slices of bacon - since the liver is incredibly juicy.
step-3
When the liver has cooled a bit, grind it in a blender to a paste. If no blender, you can skip through a meat grinder. In the finished "paste" you can add a little mayonnaise (to taste), but not necessarily.
step-4
Now you can start assembling the pie. Divide the dough in 4 pieces. Roll out with a rolling pin one piece (thinly) and put it on mushrooms. Wrap in a roll, the bonding region.
step-5
Similarly, 3 roll out the remaining piece of liver for the stuffing. Top on the liver can still put the grated cheese with garlic and mayonnaise, is delicious.
step-6
In the end we got 4 of these chotika))
step-7
On the laid parchment baking sheet spread our flagella in any form (in the picture their is two)
step-8
Lubricates the beaten egg and bake it in the oven for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 190-200 degrees.
