Homemade cake with cherries and cream cheese
I wanted something cherry, easy, homemade... And I could not resist and went to experiment. A similar cake, but just with the cheese, I baked for about 10 years and decided to diversify his cherry! It was very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Flour

Let's prepare the filling: mix cottage cheese with 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream, 1 egg yolk and sugar (a sachet of vanilla and ordinary to taste), add 1 tbsp of semolina. Here it is necessary to thoroughly mix or even a mixer to mix these ingredients until creamy smooth, with no lumps of curd (because our goal is easy, Mesopotamia curd). With a mixer, beat 2 egg whites with salt in a solid foam and very gently add it to the curd mixture, mix with a spoon (spatula) from the bottom up.
