The dough had already rested, we'll pummel him a little and roll out into a rectangle (60*40 cm), put our stuffing, smoothed out.
Turn it up ( here's the fat man turns out)... If you want small and neat snails, make two rolls.
And now, take a large and sharp knife and cut the washers with a width of around 1.5-2 cm.
