The dish for the contest "Fast from Moulinex". Very quick to prepare and equally delicious, and most importantly, what is also lean.

Required products
Onions, peppers cut into half rings. tomato, parsley finely. in a pan pour olive oil and fry the onion with the pepper. add tomato and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Put shrimp and simmer 5 min.
Add the tomato paste diluted in a little water, salt, pepper and parsley. leave to stew until the sauce thickens.
While preparing sauce, boil some pasta and add some olive oil to them. in a plate spread the pasta sauce on top.
