Fish (you can use trim or cheap sets to the beer) cut into small slices. Avocados (not too soft) to release from the skin and bones, split into quarters, each cut into thin slices.
Chop the green onions (a few feathers to leave for decoration). Apple peel and seeds, cut it like an avocado.
