Pumps of the witloof with blue cheese
A simple but elegant appetizer. Fans of cheese will find themselves in heaven -- Witloof (chicory salad) adds freshness, and grape – sweet notes.

Ingredients

  • Blue cheese

    100 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

    120 g

  • Grapes

    150 g

  • Yogurt

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicory

    2 plug

  • Lemon

Prepare the filling: crumble the cheese finely, celery cut into small cubes, 2/3 of the grapes slices, nuts chop with a knife.

Prepared foods tucked in yoghurt and freshly ground pepper; I do not salt, as salt is enough in the cheese.

The witloof cut off the bottom part and cut from the processed lemon juice, otherwise it will darken. Now, peel the leaves.

Leaves pumps fill with stuffing and decorate with the remaining grapes. Bon appetit!
