Envelopes of pork with cherry sauce
My husband bought a wonderful "Book of grocery store", of course, many things we only salivate, but something already tried. You can also try this. They have very good recipes.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    600 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cherry

    1 cup

  • Dry red wine

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Fennel

    2 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Rosemary

    2 piece

Cooking

step-0
Prepare the products.
step-1
Fennel, black pepper and salt to grind. RUB this mixture of pork. Preheat the oven to 200*C. Onions coarsely chop, put in a baking tray and drizzle with oil. Onion, place pork and bake for 30-40 min.
step-2
Then shift the meat on 2 layers of foil, allow to cool to room temperature, tightly wrapped in foil, place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. The cherries pre-defrost and drain in a sieve to stack juice.
step-3
The onions and meat juices from the pan to shift into a saucepan, pour the wine and bring to a boil. Add the cherries, sugar, rosemary and simmer on high heat for about 20 min. (the volume should decrease by half). Remove the rosemary, the sauce, whisk in a blender and cool.
step-4
Prepared pork cut into very thin slices (slicer, if available). Rolling in a funnel, you can secure with a toothpick, pour into each envelope a spoonful of the sauce.
step-5
Serve cold. We had the meat cooled all night - the taste was not affected. If you fail to roll the wrappers, you can serve the slices drizzled with the sauce - also delicious and beautiful! Help yourself!
