First you need to cook corn grits. To do this, boil 3 cups of water and gradually pour in boiling water, grits, stirring constantly - cook for 7-10 minutes on low heat. Then pour 2 cups of milk, bring to a boil and stirring, cook for another 5 minutes. Krupa needs to steam, but the texture of this batch will be saved (something like the density of millet porridge, the taste is of course different).
Put cereal in large bowl and let it cool. The porridge should be soft, juicy, but not runny! While the porridge cools, pour the yeast with 3 tbsp warm water and let them dissolve. Prepare the baking dish - brush with vegetable oil and how to flour. You can take some beautiful ceramic form and submit directly to it, the fit and silicone.
